He always takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer our questions, and make us feel completely comfortable and confident with the treatment. What my family appreciate most is how genuinely caring he is with his patients. You never feel rushed, and the entire office is welcoming, friendly, and extremely well organized. Every visit has been a positive experience.my daughter had several instances where we had to call the office and come right away and they have been very flexible and welcoming…. We had a fantastic experience with Tuckahoe Family Orthodontics from start to finish. My 16-year-old just got his braces off (13-year old just started here!), and the results are amazing, his smile looks great! The entire team is professional, friendly, and great with teenagers, which makes a huge difference. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all our questions, and always made us feel comfortable and well cared for. My 3 boys have been coming here for a few years now and every time we arrive we are always greeted with smiles. My boys have had good experiences with all the staff and the doctor. Dr Polan is kind and gentle. I highly recommend them. They are very good with explaining the procedures necessary and the break down of the cost. Prior to this office I had done a consult elsewhere and by far we are so happy with this office and the staff.
